How long is Snow Lake hike?
Snow Lake is a moderate, 6 mile round trip hike with 1,300 feet of elevation gain. The trail goes up above the South Fork Snoqualmie River through forests and over a pass to a beautiful alpine lake.

Snow Lake is one of the most popular hikes in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness. Its relative ease compared to more difficult hikes and prime location just off I-90 make it attractive and attainable to most hikers. Keep in mind, it’s still over seven miles round trip and just under 2,000 feet of elevation gain.

Poo Poo Point is a small knoll on a shoulder of West Tiger Mountain. The folksy name is a reference to the steam whistle sounds heard throughout the Tigers in the early days of logging.
